  214. The following is a legal agreement between you and Cascoly Software.  
  215. Please read it carefully, before using any of the associated images.   
  216. By using the images you agree to be bound by this agreement.

  218. 1. Unless otherwise specified, all images are copyrighted by Cascoly 
  219. Software.  All rights reserved by Cascoly Software. 
  220.  
  221. 2. By this agreement Cascoly grants you the following, non-exclusive, 
  222. non-transferable right to use the images in printed or digital form as 
  223. outlined below.   These images may only be used by you, or your direct 
  224. client or customer.  These restrictions apply whether the original 
  225. Cascoly image is used, or portions or the entirety of an image have 
  226. been changed by processing.  In all cases, you must include a credit 
  227. line identifying Cascoly Software as the copyright holder. (Eg, 
  228. "Copyright 1998, Cascoly Software") 
  229.       a: Printed: You may use the images for any printed purpose. The 
  230. original slides are available for separate license should you need a 
  231. higher resolution for printing. 
  232.       b: Digital: You may use Cascoly images as supplied for any 
  233. display purposes as long as no more than 5 Cascoly images are used in 
  234. any project.  This specifically includes any web site, home page, or 
  235. other form of electronic publication.  (Any number of images can be 
  236. used for personal use in the Winzle game, personal copies of the 
  237. Cascoly Screensaver, etc -- one computer at a time).
